Turns out a crowd pleaser every time!

I ordered the Scandinavian Almond Cake Tin as a gift. I love mine and have had it for several years. The recipe is easy. I've gotten requests to bring the cake for gatherings! Most recently, I've used organic butter and organic milk which makes the cake even more rich. I usually sift the top with powdered sugar and edible glitter.
